How to install mtd-utils:

method 1:
     sudo apt-get install mtd-utils

method 2:
	download mtd-utils source and compile：ftp://ftp.infradead.org/pub/mtd-utils/mtd-utils-2.0.1.tar.bz2 

method 3:
    download buildroot and build：https://buildroot.org/download.html
